Return Eligibility

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Request a Return Authorization: To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at Nvralone.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Packaging: Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process can take up to 7 business days.

Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Information
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return. These include but are not limited to, final sale items, undergarments, and custom-made products.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a return shipping label.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
