Shipping Rates & Methods

Domestic Shipping: We offer the following shipping options within Norway.
- Standard Shipping: $5 (50kr) (Free for orders over $110)
- Same-Day Shipping (Your order will be sent out the same day your purchase is made. You will not receive your order the same day): $10 (100kr)
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time: Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Same-Day Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may be restricted from shipment to certain destinations due to local laws and regulations.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our website and entering your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team at Nvralone.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Your Order
- If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address or canceling an item, please contact our Customer Service team at Nvralone.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
